NES Vacuum Booster

Vacuum boosters are designed to handle the world’s toughest applications. Vacuum boosters are used to supercharge vacuum pumps to greatly extend pump performance. This allows for much faster pumping speeds and deeper vacuum levels. The vacuum booster increases the CFM of the vacuum system therefore reducing the evacuation time.

NES Company, Inc. offers the cost-effective NB series rotary bi-lobe vacuum boosters with pumping speeds ranging from 100 to 60,000 CFM flow capacity and ultimate pressure to 7.5x10-4. The NB series is constructed in standard cast iron with a five-point bearing design for stability and sturdiness, yielding longer service life. Options include single-point mechanical seals and oil slinger ring seals to reduce oil contamination consumption along with optional five-point mechanical seals and labyrinth seals for complete elimination of cross contamination, further reducing oil consumption. They are internally coated for corrosion resistance suite for handling harsh process gases in industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastics, semiconductors, vacuum furnaces and vacuum melting.
